After your inquiry, we’ll set up a personal call to get to know each other and walk you through all collections and options. Together, we’ll find what truly fits.
Then we’ll send you a tailored offer – and once you’ve signed the booking form and transferred the deposit, your date is officially reserved.

What makes up the price?

Our pricing reflects the entire process behind a wedding – not just the day itself.
A full-day photo coverage includes more than 40 hours of pre and post-production, from preparation and communication to curation, editing, backup, and final delivery.
When booking photo & film, that workload more than doubles.
In addition, there are ongoing expenses for multi-stage data backups, high-quality storage devices, and professional software.
Travel and accommodation costs, as well as analog film and development, are also part of the calculation.
All of this is part of our commitment to preserve memories not just as documentation, but as lasting works of art – created with quality, responsibility, and artistic depth.
We also take on only a limited number of weddings per year to give every couple the time and care their story truly deserves.

Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely. Every couple and every celebration is different. If your plans don’t quite fit into one of our outlined collections, we’ll create something that does.

Question 4

How much time should we plan for photos & video throughout the day?

Accepted Answer

To create space for everything to unfold naturally, we usually recommend thinking in moments rather than strict timelines.
For getting ready, around 3 hours works best - especially if you’d like to include details and flatlays. This part of the day already holds so much: textures, light, quiet anticipation, portraits, and the first interactions with your closest people.
For a first look, we suggest allowing a little buffer for the walk (around 10 minutes), followed by the moment itself. It happens quickly, but often flows directly into your couple session. For photo and film together, we usually plan around 1 to 1.5 hours here.
Before the ceremony, a buffer of about 30 minutes helps everything feel calm and unhurried.
Group photos typically take around 30 minutes in total, depending on the size and structure.
For the overall timeline, we always recommend working with a planner. They shape the day on a larger scale, and we refine it together with them — so everything feels aligned and effortless.
We’ll always guide you through the timeline. But meaningful, emotional imagery takes time. We help you make space for that - without stress.

Question 5

Can we book you for events the day before or after?

Accepted Answer

Yes – welcome dinners, brunches, pool days: we love capturing the full story. Just choose the matching add-on or the full package.

Question 6

What does full day coverage mean?

Accepted Answer

Full day coverage means we’re there for your whole story — not just the official moments, but everything in between: the quiet, emotional beginning and the wild, beautiful ending.
It’s less about counting hours and more about creating space. The moments that matter most don’t follow a timeline — they happen in transitions, in pauses, in everything that isn’t planned.
In most cases, around 12 hours are more than enough to tell your day fully. And we’ll guide you through that. If we feel everything meaningful has been captured, you can trust that it has.
At the same time, we don’t believe in stretching coverage endlessly. Our focus is always on intention, not duration.
If needed, coverage can be extended up to a maximum of 14 hours. Any additional time is handled transparently based on our collections.

Question 7

Is 3–5 minutes enough for a highlight film?

Yes — in fact, this is exactly where our focus lies.
We specialize in creating short films that feel intense, intentional and emotionally lasting. For us, more time does not mean more value. Often, it’s the opposite — a carefully crafted 3–5 minute film holds more depth than a longer film that loses its clarity.
With one videographer, a highlight film in this length is the natural format — always depending on the overall coverage of the day.
If you’re looking for longer films or more extensive storytelling, this usually requires a second filmmaker. With two perspectives, we’re able to expand the narrative while maintaining the same level of quality and intention.

Question 8

Does the highlight film include vows or speeches?

Accepted Answer

It includes the most meaningful and emotional moments of your day — and yes, this can include carefully chosen snippets from your vows or speeches.
We use words very intentionally. Not everything is included, but what is, is chosen for how it feels — and how it supports the story.
If spoken words are a central part of your day and you’d like more than just selected highlights, we recommend extending the film coverage. This can be done either through a dedicated ceremony and speech edit, or by working with a second filmmaker to allow for more depth and continuity.

Question 9

What happens if one of you gets sick?

It’s never happened before – and since we’re a team of two, both fully trained in photography and filmmaking, we always have each other’s back. We’re also strong believers in having a second shooter on the team – someone we work with regularly, who knows our style inside out, and could step in for either of us if needed. Still, we believe in being prepared. We’re part of a strong network and work with trusted emergency contacts.

What’s the advantage of working with a photo & film duo?

You get two perspectives – but one shared vision. We work seamlessly together, with the same artistic approach and calm presence. That means: no perspective clashes, no chaotic handovers, no competing styles.
Just a smooth experience and a perfectly aligned aesthetic in both photo and film. Honest, elegant and timeless – as one artistic whole.

Do you scout the location beforehand?

Yes. We always do a location scouting – either on the day before, the day of arrival, or earlier if we’re already in the area. We make sure to see the place when the light, the vegetation, and the overall atmosphere match your wedding day. This helps us plan with intention and find the most poetic spots – without disrupting the flow on the day itself.

Can we join you for the location scouting?

Of course – we’d love that. It’s a beautiful opportunity to get to know each other beforehand, walk the grounds together, and align on the mood and flow of the day.
Plus: seeing the space through your eyes often reveals the most personal corners.

Question 13

Can we send you inspiration or a moodboard?

Accepted Answer

Please do! We love getting a feel for your ideas, your vision, your vibe. Whether it’s Pinterest, fabrics, florals or music – we’ll use it to create a shared moodboard on pinterest that builds the anticipation and helps us tune in together.
But that said: the biggest inspiration is always you. We’re guided by your energy, your story and the atmosphere of the day itself.

Do you recommend other vendors?

Yes – we’re happy to share our trusted circle. From planners and florists to musicians and makeup artists: we’ll connect you with talented professionals whose style and personality truly fit your vision.
We only recommend people we’d choose for ourselves.

We’re a bit camera-shy – can you help us feel comfortable?

Absolutely. It’s part of what we do. We don’t just capture how it looked – we help you feel beautiful, safe, and completely yourselves.
With calm guidance and quiet presence, we create space for real connection and honest emotion. No forced poses, no pressure – just you, as you are.

Question 16

Meals & Moments

Accepted Answer

For full-day bookings, we kindly ask for a warm meal and a quiet place to sit during dinner. It doesn’t have to be at a guest table – but we recommend placing us as close to you as possible.
Speeches, spontaneous hugs, unexpected laughter – we want to be there when it happens. And the closer we are, the less we miss.

Question 17

Can we choose the music for the film?

We’re always open to your suggestions.
For our highlight films, we work with a mix of original audio from your day and carefully selected music that fits you and the feeling of your story. Sometimes this can also include well-known tracks - because for us, the emotional impact always comes first.
Our priority is that the film feels true to you, not that it follows strict licensing rules.
Sharing on platforms like YouTube is usually possible, even with non-licensed music. If you’re planning to use the film specifically for social media or commercial purposes, we recommend using licensed music.
In those cases, we’re happy to guide you - but the responsibility for usage and posting lies with you.

Question 18

Do you work with a shot list?

We don’t work from rigid shot lists – our strength is in seeing the in-between. But we’ll go through your wishes beforehand to make sure nothing important is missed.

Question 19

Can we keep the images private?

Accepted Answer

Yes – if you wish to keep your images and films completely private, we offer a non-disclosure option. In this case, a 10 % fee is added to your package total.

What if our wedding gets postponed?

Accepted Answer

Depending on how far in advance you inform us, but a postponement is possible for a small rebooking fee. (See AGB for details.)

Question 21

How do you back up our data and ensure data security?

Accepted Answer

We handle your data with the utmost care – it’s a fundamental part of our professionalism and what defines high-quality photo and film work.

Already during the wedding day, every photo and video file is saved twice, directly onto two separate SD cards in each camera. After the wedding, we back up all data again – on both an SSD and an HDD – creating two independent physical backups. Once your gallery is complete, you’ll find all your photos in a protected online gallery.

Responsibility, precision, and technical reliability are essential to how we work and to the standard we set for every project.

Question 22

Do you bring backup equipment to the wedding?

Absolutely. We always carry backup cameras, lenses, and audio gear to every wedding.
 Each of us works with two cameras at all times, so even in the rare event of a technical issue, the coverage continues seamlessly.
 Our setup is fully redundant – from cameras and batteries to memory cards – ensuring that every moment is captured safely and without interruption.
 Reliability and preparation are a core part of how we work, so you can feel completely at ease on your wedding day.

Question 23

How do we know if Super 8 and analog footage are right for us?

Super 8 and analog photography aren’t an effect – they’re an attitude.
Both formats bring a certain calmness, texture, and depth to your story. They add something that digital alone can’t create – that quiet, cinematic feeling of memory.
If you decide to leave out Super 8 and analog, we can of course tailor your offer individually – just let us know. However, we always recommend keeping them to tell your day in a complete and multi-layered way. Our films are usually created as mixed-media productions – a combination of digital film, Super 8, and camcorder footage.
This blend creates a unique sense of depth and authenticity: calm, intuitive, and emotional.
